Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and checks. Credit cards are processed via Paypal. You DO NOT need a paypal account in order to shop with us or to use a credit card at checkout. You will have an option to sign in to your paypal account OR continue without signing in. We use paypal to process credit card payments for your secure shopping experience.

Allow 5 days after receipt of check before order will be processed. All funds must be in US dollars. There is a $30 returned check fee for any check returned by the bank.
Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it in its unaltered state within 30 days from receipt of your item for an exchange or refund. Please contact us before shipping.
Shipping Policy
Because each item is hand crafted, please allow up to 1 week for the creation of your item before it ships if it is not currently in stock. Customized pieces may take slightly longer. You will be contacted if there will be a delay of more than 1 week.
We ship orders via USPS with delivery confirmation or UPS. Shipping prices are based on the total weight of your order and your location. Orders over $50 ship for free!
You will have the option to choose from another carrier at checkout. Please note that it will not change the creation time, only the time it takes to ship to you once your item(s) has been completed.
