A little about me and how Rustic Passion Jewelry & Crafts began:

I'm Susan "Mikie" Taylor, the owner of Rustic Passion Jewelry and Crafts. I love to design and make jewelry, soaps, candles, handmade beads and whatever else inspires me to create. I have been creating custom handmade jewelry since 2005 when I became hooked on creating - jewelry in particular. Some people call crafting/creating a passion, but for me it's an addiction. In the autumn of 2010 I had the opportunity to devote more time to the hobby I love so much, and that was how Nana's Nic Nacs began. With a lot of thought and consideration, I re-branded the business in 2013 as Rustic Passion to match my style of products.

I am married to my best friend and soul mate, the proud mom of a beautiful daughter, step-mom of two great "kids" (adults now), and Nana to four grandchildren. I am also the very proud mother in law of a United States Soldier. We love to hunt, fish, shoot guns, and are drawn to the outdoors. It is a great source of inspiration to me in my creative process.

I am proud of all our military folks (the soldiers of course, but also their families who have to go through so much while separated from their loved ones). For this reason, we proudly offer free shipping on our "Hero Bracelets" that are shipped within the continental U.S. for active military and their family.
